Currently, you pay no premium from your paycheck to cover you or your family. You can choose any doctors, hospitals, or other health care providers, but you pay less when you choose an on-site clinic (available at most Alliance Coal mines and offices) and Alliance Coal Direct providers.

Who Is Eligible

Refer to "Eligibility and Enrollment" for information on whether you and your dependents are eligible for benefit coverage. If both you and your spouse have health care coverage through your employers, review your coverage options in the SPD

If your hospital, doctor's office, or other provider needs to check your eligibility, they can call Provider Services or use the WebTPA Provider Portal (see "Information for Health Care Providers" below).
